High-speed automatic winding machines are widely used in the packaging of foreign trade exports, food and beverages, plastic chemicals, glass ceramics, electromechanical castings and other products. operating procedures
1. Start up
1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch (set in front of the electrical control cabinet), press the EMERCENCY STOP RESET and READY TO RUN buttons, turn the key on MACHINE and go to RUN (main console) to check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.
2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the air inlet pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.
2. Setting control
1. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length, width, etc. arranged in the slitting plan.
2. Lift the corresponding BOPP membrane archive from the PDF.
3. Set the winding length and width of the film of corresponding specifications.
4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the pressure roller arm and pressure roller, and install the paper core of the corresponding specifications.
3. Loading, threading and splicing films
1. Loading: According to the requirements of the slitting plan, the driving operating procedures, and the actual situation, lift the corresponding mother roll on the aging rack, select the direction according to the inside and outside of the corona surface, and place it on the unwinding rack of the slitting machine, and use the control button Clamp the steel core, leave the steel core support arm and drive.
2. Film piercing: When there is no film on the slitting machine, the film must be pierced. Use the film threading device and function keys of the slitting machine to tie one end of the original film to the eye of the film threading chain, and activate the film threading button to make the film evenly distributed on each roller along the direction of the slitting process.
3. Film splicing: When there is film on the slitting machine and the roll splice is changed, use the vacuum film splicing table. First, start the film splicing table to the working position, manually flatten the film on the traction roller of the slitting machine and start the upper vacuum pump to suck the film. The film is adsorbed flatly on the splicing table. Paste the double-sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape. Flatten the film on the unwinding rack and start the lower vacuum pump to adsorb the film flatly. Remove the paper layer from the tape and The bonding film should be flat and the joints should be neat and wrinkle-free. Then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps and open the film splicing table to the non-working position.
4. Start up and run
1. Change the specifications, install the paper core on the inner and outer rewinding arms, and notify all personnel to leave the machine when the pressure roller is in a ready state to prepare for operation.
2. Set the ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main console to AUTO, enable READY TO RUN, and start MACHINE RUN.
5. Cutting control
During the slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the slitting effect, and make appropriate adjustments and controls on the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roller, edge material traction roller, edge guide, etc.
6. Receiving materials
1. When the inner and outer ends are rolled up and the machine stops running, use the film unloading button to place the film on the prepared film unloading trolley, cut the film and stick the film roll with sealing tape.
2. Use the chuck release button to release the chuck, and check whether the paper core of each film roll has left the paper core. If one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film roll.
3. After all the films leave the chuck and are placed on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and neatly attach the film to the paper core for the next slitting.
7. Parking
1. When the film roll reaches the set length, the equipment automatically stops.
2. During the operation of the equipment, press MACHINE STOP to stop if necessary.
3. When parking is required, press the MACHINE STOP key for more than 2 seconds.
4. When an emergency occurs such as an equipment or man-made accident, press EMERGENCY STOP for emergency stop.
8. Precautions
1. Before starting the machine, the voltage, current and hydraulic pressure must be correct and stable.
2. Before the equipment is ready to operate, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment before they can be turned on and operated.
3. When the slitting machine is running, do not touch the running film roll or roller core with your hands to avoid getting your hands involved and causing personal injury.
4. During operation, do not scratch or cut the roller core with a knife or hard object.
