1. The intelligent plastic curing chamber must run forward; avoid inversion.

2. In the intelligent plastic curing chamber, it is forbidden to operate the machine without load and the hot machine with feeding, so as to avoid the phenomenon of rod sticking (shaft holding).

3. It is strictly forbidden to enter iron and other debris into the inlet and vent holes of the intelligent plastic curing chamber. To avoid causing accidents and affecting normal production.

2. Things that should be paid attention to during the working process of the intelligent plastic curing room:

1. Pay attention to the temperature changes of the machine at any time. When touching the strip with clean hands and it does not stick to your hands, the temperature should be raised immediately. It is normal until the sliver touches your hand.

2. When the bearing part of the reducer burns or is accompanied by noise, it should be stopped for timely inspection and refueling.

3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main bearing chamber are hot or make noise, stop the machine for maintenance and add butter. During normal operation, the bearing chamber is filled with butter every 5-6 days.

4. Pay attention to the operating rules of the machine; such as: machine temperature, speed, and speed, and handle them in time according to the situation.

5. When the fuselage is running unstable, you should check whether the coupling gap is too tight and loosen it in time.

3. Start-up operation method:

1. Before turning on the machine, warm it up for about four to five minutes. Raise the temperature until the motor V-belt is pulled freely by hand; pull it continuously eight to ten times in the normal working direction. Then continue to raise the temperature for about a minute, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat, because normal production requires continuous replenishment of heat; adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.

2. When the intelligent plastic curing chamber is working normally, the temperature of the machine must be kept stable and not fluctuate. The temperature near the vent hole and up to the machine head should be maintained at about 200°C (referring to materials C and B).

3. The feeding of materials should be even and there should be no shortage of materials. The machine's feeding speed and feeding speed must be properly coordinated. Otherwise, the quality and yield of the pellets will be affected.

4. When shutting down, the host must cut off the power supply. Remove the machine head screw plug (the part with the wrench). Preheat separately before next use.
